Order Confirmation & Processing

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, please allow up to 2 days for confirmation. We
  use Hostinger to manage our orders efficiently.
• Processing Time: After confirmation, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days.
• Shipping: Orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Delivery usually takes 7 to
  15 days, depending on your location.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at: support@moonvastra.com
  A 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway charges.
  
  Return & Refund Policy
  We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  Please ensure that you carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
  
  Exchange Policy
  We only offer exchanges in the case of manufacturing or product defects:
• Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 12 hours at support@moonvastra.com
• New Order Required: To process an exchange, a new order must be placed.
• Store Credit: If approved, store credit will be provided and can be applied to a new purchase.
